I went from a DID chain (top of the line) to an EK chain. I have to say that I’m glad I went this route. Not only is it much cheaper, but the chain is much lighter (due to going to a 520 size) but it hasn’t stretched as much as the DID did. The DID also started to rust rather quickly, where as my EK chain still looks brand new.
EK is a great brand ive only had one though.
EK also a very solid brand. Have an EK chain (can’t remember the type) and it’s performed flawlessly on my hornet 600. Very little stretch, rust, etc in the 18 months I’ve had the chain on.
